Our Story:
Novacore Builders was founded in 2020 in South Tampa by Moe Salehian, a Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1269188). What started as a small remodeling operation has grown into a full-service Tampa Bay construction company handling kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, whole-home renovations, and new custom homes across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. Founder:
Moe Salehian (Mohammad Salehian Dardashti) is the Founder and Lead Contractor of Novacore Builders. Moe lives in South Tampa and personally manages every Novacore project from initial quote to final walkthrough. On every Novacore project, we work with a network of vetted, Florida-licensed subcontractor, including licensed electricians, licensed plumbers, master carpenters, tile and flooring specialists, and design consultants. All subcontractors are insured, and we require current Florida license documentation before any trade begins work on your home.
