A major renovation involving plumbing or structural changes takes 6–8 weeks. Permit approval and custom cabinet lead times can add 1–4 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline in every written estimate.
Bathroom remodels in Tampa typically take 2–5 weeks. A powder room refresh takes 1–2 weeks. A standard bathroom remodel takes 2–3 weeks. A master bath renovation takes 3–5 weeks. Custom tile work, moving plumbing, or permit delays can extend the timeline. You will not be able to use the bathroom during construction; we can help you plan around this.
Home additions typically take 8–16 weeks from permit approval to completion. The timeline depends on the size of the addition, the foundation type, and whether HVAC or plumbing is involved. Permitting alone can take 2–4 weeks in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. We provide a detailed project schedule before construction begins and give you weekly progress updates throughout.
